Our Sponsored 500 Mile Run is now just a week away! We hope your training and fund raising is going well. Every family should have received a sponsor sheet – if you haven’t please let us know and we will send one home! We hope you are able to come along and run with your child or children on the day or cheer everyone along if you don’t feel like running!
Our school role is currently 426 so the logistics of everyone running at the same time around the pitch are impossible. Instead we are planning to run as follows:
9.00 am – P1 and P2
9.30 am – P3 and P4
10.00 am – P5 and P6
11.00 am – P7
The Nursery are doing a separate event on Thursday and have shared this information with Nursery parents.
Sponsor money should be sent into school by Friday 30 September 2016. The money raised will be spent on developing our school grounds and on more iPads for our classes. We will of course share the developments of these 2 areas throughout the year as progress with them is made.
