Wednesday evening’s performance
We have all really enjoyed working with Rookie Rockstars, as part of our work during National Anti-Bullying week, rehersing for and performing in Currie Primary’s very first ever rock concert! We are always looking for new and different ways to deliver the very important message on bullying to support the work we do in school and this was a great way of helping the children think about how the things they say and the way they treat each other can make others feel.
The children all looked amazing in their rock costumes and did a great job of performing the songs and giving rock star interviews during the concert! We had almost all our children on stage over the two performances and it was fantastic to see the children from P1 -P7 all performing together. A very special well done to all the mums, dads, grans, grandads and Mrs McAndrew too for taking part in the rap battle during the show! We hope you all enjoyed the concerts as much we did.
