This week has been Outdoor Maths week. We have been using the school grounds as a learning tool and space to help us with our maths work.
The classes have been working on a variety of different areas – drawing angles on the ground in chalk, timing how long it takes to complete different activities, writing times tables, even throwing our times tables in the air!
Have a look at some photos to see us in action.
Currie Primary’s Energy Challenge
We are going to try and save energy every week. The energy Eco group will check the schools energy consumption weekly and will report our findings on the website every Friday. If we manage to reduce how much energy we are using, the whole school will get extra break time.
