We are very sad to be saying good-bye to Mrs Finlayson as she moves to work at Roslyn Primary in Midlothian, which is closer to home. Mrs Finlayson last day is next week, Tuesday 16 Janaury 2018. Mrs Finlayson has taught at Currie Primary School for 11 years and is a valued colleague and friend to our staff team here in school. We wish Mrs Finlayson all the very best in her new job. We look forward to welcoming Mrs Yule to our staff team to take over from Mrs Finlayson teaching P4A on Mondays and Tuesdays until the summer.
On a happier note, we are delighted to let everyone know that Mrs Turnbull is expecting her second baby in early June, a little brother or sister for Chloe. Mrs Turnbull is planning to work until May before beginning her maternity leave.
This week have been delighted to welcome Mrs Kemp to our staff team as a new Pupil Support Assistant. Mrs Kemp will be working in different classes across school supporting the learning of children in class.
