We got some good news in school today from Keep Scotland Beautiful who emailed to let us know our application for your Eco-Schools Green Flag Award was successful and we have been awarded our 5th Green Flag. Jamie Spalding, Education and Learning Officer, Keep Scotland Beautiful said in the email ‘I’ve conducted your Eco-Schools Assessment and am very pleased to say that you have achieved the Award! A massive congratulations on your Eco-Schools Green Flag and on achieving your 5th flag!’.
There will be some recommendations in the full report when it arrives which will keep us on the right track on our Eco Schools journey. A huge thankyou to Mr McArthur and Miss Mclean for leading our Eco Schools Council and in pulling all of the evidence of our eco work together for this application form.
